The Founder.

Our founder, Alexis, has been passionate about rescuing animals for as long as she can remember. In 2017, she decided to pursue a vegan lifestyle and began following multiple animal sanctuaries on social media. It was then that she started dreaming of starting her own sanctuary one day. Currently, she has four rescue animals (three dogs and one cat), but her goal is to rescue any animal in need: horses, pigs, cows, chickens, donkeys—you name it, she'll rescue them! When Alexis met her husband, Jeremy, in 2022, she shared her passions and dreams of starting a sanctuary with him, and he immediately jumped on board. Alexis and Jeremy will continue to rescue as many animals as they can within city limits and plan to move to an acreage outside of town within the next five years to continue pursuing their dream.
